On this beautiful Saturday with absolutely nothing to do besides send out resumes, I decided that I wanted to try a new workout from Pinterest. It is titled the “60 Minute Wonder Workout” (as shown below), and claims to burn anywhere from 800-1000 calories (which I am all for!).
This workout was AWESOME!!!! All around great total body workout and will leave you exhausted afterwards.
So, if you have nothing to do on this Saturday, I challenge you to do it too!
My workout today consisted of a 5 mile run on the Woodway Curve, the “60 Minute Wonder Workout” and five 4 minute rounds on the punching bag! Feels great to kill time and challenge myself! Happy Saturday!
