Her companies goal is to originate multimedia content for small businesses, to help build a digital footprint to expand visibility on a social media and web base. The idea came from her mother, Christie Bullington, who owns a boutique Vintage Chic in Weatherford, TX. The two were discussing how they could market the store to help boost business and that is when the two came up with the idea to start producing video content for the shops in the area. Since, she has started consulting with businesses on the area with video, photo, and advertising content.

Though a stressful situation she took over willingly managing an editing team of four people, never missing a deadline. With ASN making shifts and Niles Media growing Ashlea was promoted again.
